Shipping: Shipping and Handling fees do apply for those outside of the state of Texas.

Free shipping available for orders over 50.00

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your order you have 14 days to return it. All merchandise must be unworn in order to receive full refund.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately.

All merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging.  We do not reimburse shipping and return fees. However, we will send you a return label via email (at no charge to you) for orders that were fulfilled incorrectly. N’herent Beauty Apparel is not responsible for any damages that may occur through delivery of our products through a 3rd party.

To return your items, follow these steps:

1. Repackage your products

2. Email us with your intent to return at info@nherentbeauty.com

3. Please state your reason for your return

4. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (info@nherentbeauty.com). Failure to do so may delaying the processing of your return/credit
